Video: (BMJ) Introduction to the Alexander Technique

This video was made to accompany an article on the Alexander Technique published in the British Medical Journal. In the video, Alexander teachers and their patients talk about the kinds of problems they had to start with before the study, and the value of the Alexander Technique for their recovery from injury, particularly from back injury. The doctor who conducted the clinical trial explains how he got interested in the technique, and some of the results of the clinical trial are summarized.
